Tasks

• Development and optimization of thermoplastic and mainly elastomer compounds as insulation and sheathing materials
• Implementation and monitoring of development projects
• Approval of materials and compounds
• Technical support of other functional areas such as production, quality department, cable design and product management
• Definition of material and process engineering parameters
• Carry out cost optimization (materials, mixtures and processes)
• Supporting production in solving problems
• Evaluating complaints, determining causes and developing solutions
• Providing technical advice to product engineering and sales
