Are you passionate about bridging the gap between Product Management Marketing & Sales Do you thrive on creating structure driving collaboration and ensuring alignment across teams

As a Product Manager in the Strategic Product Management Office you will play a critical role in empowering our Product Management department to work seamlessly within the department and with our stakeholders (especially Sales & Marketing). By driving key initiatives and improving processes youll help ensure our strategies translate into impactful actions.

Key responsibilities :

Strategy Coordination

  • Lead strategic projects in Product Management to improve & support product sales and drive overarching sales success.
  • Coordinate the Product Management strategy with Sales objectives and the Marketing strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Actively advocate for and explain Product Management improvements.
  • Coordinate and enhance communication within the Product Management department and across teams.
  • Foster strong collaboration between Sales Marketing and Product Management to ensure alignment on key goals and strategies.

    • Sales Enablement and Support

  • Collaborate on creating tools and workflows that streamline Sales and Product Management processes.
  • Enable and create actionable guidance from Product Management to Sales & Marketing.
  • Drive improvements in sales facing frameworks and tools (e.g. naming quoting systems).
  • Refine and further develop the inhouse visit concept to maximize value for customers and internal stakeholders.

    • Qualifications :

  • Degree in Business Administration Marketing Product Management or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Product Management Sales or Project Management preferably in a MedTech environment.
  • Familiarity with Product Management methodologies Sales enablement strategies and Sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication (Full professional proficiency in English German is a plus).
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and asset management systems is a plus.
  • Talent in organization and structure knack for strategic thinking and problem solving.
  • Assertive proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
