For our client in the aerospace industry, we are seeking motivated candidates for the following position in Hamburg, Germany, on a temporary staffing basis (immediate start):
Business Specialist / Coordinator – Contracts & Billing (m/f/d) – Ref. 70281
Job Profile:
Regularly monitor and communicate contract fulfillment and implementation rates for equipment modifications within the line and product organization
Ensure accurate billing of modifications to customers
Resolve billing errors and process outstanding/unbilled transactions
Systematically analyze and rectify billing errors
Perform special assignments
Personal Requirements (Education, Knowledge, Skills):
Completed degree (Master’s, Bachelor’s, FH, or Diplom) in Industrial Engineering or a business-related field with strong technical knowledge, OR in Engineering with strong business knowledge; alternatively, an equivalent qualification gained through advanced specialized training and relevant professional experience
Several years of professional experience in aircraft and equipment maintenance
Strong knowledge of modification management processes and workload/planning optimization (dLP, interchangeability, master data)
Strong knowledge of internal workflows and interdependencies regarding equipment supply and business operations Understanding of the fundamentals and interrelationships of material management desirable
Excellent analytical and technical understanding
Good knowledge of LHT maintenance processes and systems desirable
Strong skills in scheduling and planning
Good IT skills (MAX, SAP/R3, SAP BW, MS Office)
Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and powers of persuasion
Exceptional organizational and conceptual skills, particularly regarding the structuring, scheduling, and planning of complex workflows and issues
Strong initiative and a high sense of responsibility
Confident and polished demeanor/interpersonal skills desirable
Negotiation-level German proficiency
Good English proficiency
Willingness to travel for assignments domestically and abroad
Willingness to undertake professional development
Psychological aptitude assessment (if applicable)
Language Skills
English and German: Level C1 – Advanced proficiency
