Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Roding suchen wir:

Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Operate document production machines
• Prepare machines for daily production: load materials, Clean up the Machine
• Monitor job progress and machine performance to ensure efficient workflow
• Conduct quality checks finished documents for alignment, completeness, and correct finishing
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
• Follow job instructions, work orders and precisely to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards
• Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations and equipment issues to the supervisor
• Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments
• Support team members and shift activities to meet overall production goals

Your profile:

• Experience in operating machinery in a production environment is preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machines quickly
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately with documents
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills are an advantage
