  • Analyze internal tenders and customer inquiries; assess feasibility with specialist departments
  • Develop bid strategies in cooperation with Business Development
  • Coordinate proposed solution architecture with product architects and engineering teams
  • Conceptualize and develop comprehensive solutions (technical economic legal administrative)
  • Plan control and monitor the entire bidding process
  • Prepare project costing target pricing and risk assessments
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during project development
  • Physically prepare and submit complete proposals on time
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering Business or comparable technical / business education
  • Strong analytical conceptual and structured thinking
  • Experience in technical project and bid management
  • Business fluent English; additional languages (French Spanish Arabic) desirable
  • Confident use of MS Office; experience with project management or ERP tools is a plus
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings and field assignments
