Responsibilities

As a Director of Product Management (all genders) for TeamViewer One , you’ll drive the company’s future platform for autonomous IT operations TeamViewer ONE. TeamViewer ONE focuses on offering a unified platform for Digital Employee Experience (DEX), Remote Support/Remote Access, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). The platform is heavily powered by AI, realizing core autonomous endpoint management workflows. With TeamViewer ONE we also cater to the emerging market of Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM).

You’ll direct and build a motivated team of Product Managers and Owners, driving the core strategic pillar across the organization. Your role spans the full product lifecycle from market analysis and strategy to execution and go-to-market as well as deeply immersing you into the commercial processes. You’ll direct backlog execution, testing, make release decisions, and work directly with strategic customers on requirements and rollouts. You will regularly report to the Senior Leadership Team of TeamViewer about the latest developments in AEM and make recommendations on investment strategy.

• Create and own the product strategy for TeamViewer ONE at TeamViewer. Build and execute a long term roadmap and drive the creation of business cases. Build an AI and Automation strategy to drive the core value proposition of the solution.

Requirements

• University Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business or related field.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skill. Out-of-the-box thinker.
