Database engineer Jobs in Unterhaching

What you'll do

• Your role is to build, manage, operate & continuously improve the database services infrastructure that supports the customer facing applications, back office & delivery infrastructure in a 7
• 24 environment
• You'll be responsible for leading complex workstreams & projects & act as a mentor (m / f / d) for offshore team members of levels 1 & 2
• Manage & support incident, change & problem management processes to ensure responses are provided within appropriate timescales - also provide technical escalations to offshore database teams at levels 1 & 2
• You'll build effective working relationships for close customer contact with service owners & application teams to ensure that technology & process improvements result in overall service improvement for our end customers
• You'll communicate regularly with technical development & operations staff to ensure database integrity, capacity & security
• You'll be responsible for defining & measuring SLAs & KPIs, operational process delivery, overall health of the facility & processes
