Responsibilities :

You are the technical expert for developing and implementing project product solutions for a key global customer.

You lead product design and application development with the key customer, including sampling, prototyping, definition of technical standards and innovation process management.

You are responsible for 3D product innovation and management of product development working together with internal and external teams, laboratories, and project stakeholders.

You coordinate Filter Engineering activities, collaborating with other departments to support delivery of business development targets, taking products from design to manufacture.

Through managing product VA / VE activities, you provide innovation structure and cost optimization of product design, continuously increasing the value and competitiveness of the product.

You support Global Key Account management in strategic and organizational topics, strengthening the Key Account management approach and delivery.

Qualifications :

You have a bachelor’s degree or above in an Engineering-related background.

You have 5+ years job specific work experience in manufacturing industry and preferably in a Consumer segment.

You are familiar with new product development processes, with a creative approach and preferably with a good knowledge of filtration standards and principles.

You have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and willingness to travel is a matter of course for you.

Your strong communication and coordination skills empower you to bring the developed products into production and to adapt customer requirements to meet project requirements.

You are self-motivated, with good leadership skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work.

You are fluent in German and English (oral and written, both C1).
