We are looking for a

Business Development Manager EAST-Europe (m / w / d)

For our fast growing division Reflective Solutions,

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for developing the ORAFOL´s brand as a provider of reflective solutions in your region
  • You intensify and grow the existing relationships with key customers and stakeholders and win new customer
  • You initiate and coordinate product and material release projects in close cooperation with the individual contacts on the customer side and our R&D team
  • You actively contribute to the systematic development of our product range
  • You create sales concepts and identify new market potentials / business opportunities
  • You perform continuous business analysis of customers and competitors
  • You create and conduct presentations and product trainings
  • You present Orafol at trade fairs and actively participate in them

Your Qualifications

  • You have a business or technical degree and / or have several years of experience in sales of technical products
  • You have a distinct technical understanding
  • You are fluent in English, other foreign languages are advantageous
  • You have a car driver's license
  • You bring along a willingness to travel of approx. 2-3 days / week
  • Courtesy, reliability, a high service mentality, willingness to serve, persuasiveness as well as a confident and friendly demeanor are a matter of course for you
  • You have passionated and committed personality
  • You possess a high degree of initiative and flexibility, as well as a strong ability to organize yourself in order to work optimally from your home office
