Through your communication with our drivers, you contribute to their motivation.In this role, you work in a small team and must be able to organize operations under pressure during peak hours. In addition, you collaborate with the driver coordinator and the human resources department to align and manage driver-related issues. Because you know the driver’s profession, you appreciate both the drivers’ challenges and the economic demands of the planning department, as well as the interests of our customers and the Farm Trans organization.
