The MEP Lead is to deliver turn key high end Data Centres in a GC based company, this will be to the highest quality, whilst also meeting the schedule milestones, adhering to all client processes from inception to completion.  The role also involves working closely with your engineering team, planners and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed to the highest of safe standards, whilst also ensuring client requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.

Requirements

• Management of the design processes
• Procurement of multi discipline packages
• Produce schedule and design completion forecasts, monitoring and controlling project deliverables and progress reporting
• Manage on project performance, efficient team building with sub-contractors
• Review progress, budgets, resources and forward planning
• Continual reviewal of work packages and ensure scope of work is clearly defined and understood throughout the project lifespan
• Chair and co-ordinate weekly site meetings with sub-contractors, client vendors and client project management teams and ensure the production of accurate records of any discussions and actions
