We are looking for a Designer BOSS GREEN Menswear Jersey (m/f/d). This is a temporary position.

What you can expect:

• Intensive collaboration within the scope of collection development with Senior Designers, other BOSS Green Design Teams, Concept Design, Graphic Design, Product Management, Fabric Management, Collection Coordination, Technical Product Development.
• Research and development for the respective MPG based on the creative briefing by Concept Design and the Collection Framework.
• Preparation and handover of sketches, fabrics, and ideas as well as management and participation in fittings and adherence to collection deadlines.
• Preparation and presentation of concepts, ideas and collection status at internal and external milestone meetings
• Intensive and continuous research of trends and innovation as well as benchmark analysis of competitors to ensure a contemporary, sporty and competitive BOSS GREEN collection

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree (B.A.) from a college or university (e.g. apparel, fashion).
• 3 years of relevant professional experience in apparel design, ideally in jersey, sportswear, activewear or casualwear, preferably in the premium segment
• Strong sense for silhouettes, proportions, colours, fabrics and details in the jersey/ sportswear area
• A pronounced passion for sports - such as tennis, golf and/ or fitness/ gym - and a deep understanding of functional and lifestyle-driven sportswear
• Confident user of common design tools (e.g. 3D CLO, The Fabricant, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office
• Very good communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working with strong time-management skills
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills and a strong passion for fashion, sport and innovation
