Your Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to create a differentiated and instantly recognizable simulation platform capable of handling large and complex design projects. You will play a key role in understanding our customers needs and building a UI that optimizes workflows for both learners and experts. Driving product development from earlystage mockups through highfidelity prototyping to final implementation you will validate each phase through customer testing iterating continuously based on feedback from all stakeholders. Beyond your own design projects you will have the opportunity to guide other designers and elevate SimScales design language to the next levelenhancing user experience fostering trust and ensuring that the perceived value aligns with our vision.

What we expect from you

• A minimum of 510 years of experience as a Product Designer within an engineering software company
• Proven ability to tackle complex problems and deliver simple valuable and effective solutions
• Exceptional Web and UI design skills including expertise in wireframing static prototyping (both low and highfidelity) interaction design and dynamic prototyping
• Expert proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Confluence and Jira
• Strong experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform user flows wireframes and overall design decisions with the ability to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly
• A collaborative mindset with the ability and willingness to mentor and guide team members
