Your Day to Day :

• Requirement Analysis : Analyze requirements, design solutions together with the product owner, and clarify and communicate dependencies.
• Solutoning / Designing : Engage in and own the technical design process, including documentation, impact analysis and proof of concept creation.
• Execution Excellence : Break down user stories, set timelines, write clean and efficient code, maintain documentation, and ensure readiness for production.
• Business Agility : Actively engage in agile practices.
• Collaboration : Collaborate actively, drive to participate and collaborate in initiatives on organization level, mentor junior team members.
