A day in a life...

Aligned with the Search Strategy goals and KPIs, the Web & Search Service Lead will focus on creating, managing and optimizing paid and organic search programs across Search Engines, eRetailers, Platforms and Voice Search. He/she will be the Search agency relationship owner at Global/Zone/Market level and can develop program KPIs to ensure goals are met, while providing regular performance and optimization report to the Category eBusiness Lead. is a direct extension of the NGBS DSM Content Manager and is responsible to build the service lines, define detailed processes and ensure the roll-out of the service accorss categories, zones and markets is executed flawlessly. Responsible and accountable for overall operational excellence of Digital and Social Media team across Website Optimization projects. Managing team members and workstreams to bring value to the business by ensuring best in class service. He/she will also accompany the change toward more judgemental based activites and bring the team to the next level as per business expectation. He/she will bring the positive, proactive attitude as well as ownership mindset. Continoulsy looking to improve the services by curating technology trends, identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing and solving issues (processes, tools...). Take the lead for the implementation of new services around website optimization in the area of Content, SEO, Analytics, UX, User Journey, benchmarking, reporting and insignts.

What will make you successful..

• Hands-On Digital Marketing Leadership: Experience of 5-8+ years in roles managing web content and SEO, ideally including lead positions.
• Experience of 5-10 years digital and website experience either at an agency or in a CPG company.
• Handled 20-40 team members and ability to delegate and adapt management style to his/her team.
• Shared Services or Agency Environment: Familiarity with a centralized service delivery model or digital agency context. Success in this role depends on understanding how to deliver services to multiple “clients” (markets).
• Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Experience working across different countries/cultures, especially within Asia, Oceania, or Africa, is highly valuable. Zone AOA’s diversity means someone who has, say, coordinated projects across Southeast Asia and the Middle East or led multi-country teams will have a head start.
• Project Management of Large-Scale Digital Initiatives: A track record of delivering complex digital projects on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Influence & Change Management: Demonstrated success in influencing non-direct reports and driving change.
• Results Demonstration & ROI Tracking: Experience in not just executing digitally but measuring and communicating results.
• Good understanding of Content Management Systems (ideally Drupal). 7. Good understanding of front-end optimization tools such as UX analysis (e.g. SessionCam), A/B testing (e.g. Google Optimize), feedback tools (e.g. Usabilla) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics). 8. Good understanding of SEO concepts and tools such as BrighEdge or other similar leading tools.
