We are seeking a skilled Principal Consultant (Worksoft Test Automation Architect) to join our dynamic team in a customer facing role. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of test automation frameworks, specifically with Worksoft, and will have exceptional client interaction skills. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication abilities, as you will be central in designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions for our clients.

Your role :

In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will own the engagement and deliverables for Test Automation, some of the key tasks are listed below

• Design, develop, and implement Worksoft test automation frameworks and strategies to meet client-specific needs
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Provide expert advice and best practices in test automation to stakeholders
• Ensure scalable and robust test automation architectures.
• Drive and Own AI related use cases implementation in Testing
• Test Planning and Execution
• Effort estimation of Test Automation Task
• Ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in test automation.
• Continuously assess and improve automation processes and tools for enhanced efficiency.
