As the Head of Development Department HW&FW (m / f / d) youll drive engineering efforts in hardware (HW) and firmware (FW) development for industrial PCs controllers edge software and customerspecific product adaptations. In this key leadership role you will drive innovation oversee cuttingedge projects and ensure our product portfolio remains at the forefront of automation technology.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Strategic Leadership : Define and implement technology and product development strategies for hardware firmware and customized solutions aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Project Oversight : Manage development projects with the product management office from initial concept to production ensuring timely delivery quality and alignment with customer requirements
- Team and Technological Advancement : Lead mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians locally and globally; foster innovation implement innovative methodologies and ensure continuous knowledge growth
- CustomerCentric and Technological Innovation : Understand customer needs and deliver tailored product solutions; monitor emerging trends and integrate advanced technologies into product designs to enhance competitiveness
- Collaboration : Work closely with product management manufacturing procurement quality assurance and internal / external partners to ensure seamless product development and implementation
- Compliance and Standards : Ensure all products and processes adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations
- Budget and Resource Management : Plan and oversee department budgets resource allocation and cost control
