We are looking for a Membership Growth & Sales Director to establish and lead a highperformance membership sales strategy from the ground up . In this role you will have the opportunity to shape the entire sales structure drive significant revenue growth and play a pivotal role in expanding the HAGIUS community.
This is a highimpact leadership position where your success will be measured not just by sales and revenue but by your ability to create a seamless customer journey retain members and establish HAGIUS as the leading wellness destination in Berlin .

Tasks
Develop & Execute Sales Strategy : Create a structured and scalable B2C membership sales strategy to drive revenue growth and ensure longterm sustainability.
Develop Sales Strategy : Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy to meet and exceed membership objectives.
Build Sales Infrastructure : Set up and Optimise a highperformance sales funnel that efficiently converts leads into paying members.
Conversion Focus : Implement a strategic approach to converting ClassPass and trial users into fulltime members.
Member Retention & Engagement : Establish close relationships with members to ensure renewals satisfaction and wordofmouth referrals.
PerformanceDriven Approach : Consistently Analyse KPIs finetune strategies and implement initiatives that drive measurable results.
Brand Representation : Exemplify and convey Hagius core values ensuring a superior experience for all members.
Requirements
Proven B2C Sales Leader : You have a track record of successfully building and scaling sales operations ideally in fitness wellness hospitality or luxury sectors.
Strategic & DataDriven : You understand how to create and execute revenuefocused growth strategies.
ResultsOriented Mindset : You are comfortable working with sales targets performancebased incentives and driving ROI.
Exceptional Communication & RelationshipBuilding Skills : You know how to convert leads retain members and build longterm loyalty.
Entrepreneurial & SelfStarter : You thrive in environments where you can build something from the ground up.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field (preferred but not required).
