TheDirector Sustainability leads the Life Sciences Platform’s effortsto develop and implement strategies that promote environmentalresponsibility and sustainability. This role involves workingacross departments to integrate sustainable practices into allaspects of the business, ensuring compliance with environmentalregulations, and driving initiatives that reduce the company’scarbon footprint.

Thisposition is part of the Life Sciences Legal department and will belocated remotely in Germany or the United Kingdom.

In this role,you will have the opportunityto :

• Play a hands-onrole in developing and implementing a sustainability program forthe Life Sciences Platform Operating Companies in furtherance ofDanaher’s Sustainability Development Goals (including projectfunnel prioritization, budgeting and managementreporting)
• Liaise with Danaher CorporateSustainability team and contribute to achievement of enterpriseprogram goals
• Chair and develop a globalnetwork of Life Sciences Sustainability ambassadors embracing allbusiness units and global organizations to promotetransparency
• Drive change management tocontinue to strengthen our Sustainability communication andengagement.
• Contribute to the annualsustainability reporting process in compliance with reportingguidelines and in close collaboration with Corporate Sustainabilityteam.

The salary range forthis role is 125,000 - 140,000 EUR . This is therange that we in good faith believe is the range of possiblecompensation for this role at the time of this posting. This rangemay be modified in thefuture.

This job is alsoeligible for bonus / incentivepay.
