How You Contribute To Our Mission

  • You are responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction for our product portfolio.
  • You constantly analyze global market trends and embed these into product adjustments and pipeline developments.
  • You define the global go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Regional Directors.
  • You collaborate with research, development, product registration, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
  • You define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • You communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
  • You keep customer focus : you participate in customer visits, conferences, and exhibitions and give presentations.
  • You mentor and lead the team of Product Platforms, Product Development, Trial Management, Regulatory, and Sustainability.

What You Should Bring To This Position

  • You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Ideally, you have a university degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Sciences, Biotechnology, or similar.
  • You possess in-depth understanding of the Animal Nutrition and Feed Additive Industry and market dynamics.
  • You have strong management competencies, including decision-making, planning, organization, leadership, and control.
  • You navigate easily through different cultures and communicate and present fluently in English; German language skills are an advantage.
