Evac GroupNorderstedt, GermanyAre you an experienced sales leader ready to make an impact in the marine industry Cathelco a global leader in marine solutions is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales for spares services and New Build solutions focusing on German shipowners ship managers and shipyards. This critical role reports directly to the Managing Director of Evac Germany.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales for spares services and New Build solutions across all business lines.
- Support retrofit business through lead generation in the German market.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain detailed CRM records.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and tailored solutions.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies negotiate contracts and introduce new products / services to end users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide insights on market trends and value propositions.
