Current INTERNAL Local National Employees throughout Germany. This covers all current Local National employees of the U.S. Forces in Germany, including U.S. Air Force and AAFES-Europe within Germany.

* Drive large and heavy vehicles, such as articulated buses and truck-trailers that exceed standard dimensions.
* Follow all relevant traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles.
* Oversee and help with the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring it is properly secured to prevent damage.
* Check cargo documents and visually inspect the load to ensure the vehicle is not overloaded.
* Drive with extra caution due to the large size and weight of the vehicle and its cargo.
* Keep records of trips and prepare reports in the event of an accident.
* Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the vehicle, including minor repairs.
A5-06:
Applicants must be in possession of a German driver's license class B, C and CE.
A5-07:
Applicants must be in possession of a German driver's license class B, C and CE, PLUS at least 10 years of occupational experience as a driver of Heavy Trucks.

This is a temporary full-time position (46.5 hs/week) until the return of the incumbent, but not to exceed 30 September 27.
* If requirement exists, the incumbent of this position is obligated to perform TDY within and outside Germany, shift work, weekend and holiday work.
* On-call duty required.
* Cargo Securing Certificate desired.
* ADR license desired.
* English Language Proficiency Level A1 AND German Language Proficiency Level B1 required.
