Driver Jobs in Raunheim

There are regular career moves... and then there are life-changing upgrades.

Imagine shutting down your laptop for the day and walking straight to the beach instead of rushing through dark, rainy commutes. Imagine starting your mornings with a freddo espresso under the Mediterranean sun, surrounded by palm trees, crystal-clear water, and an international crew of awesome colleagues.

We are looking for enthusiastic, tech-savvy German speakers to join the elite frontline customer experience team for Mercedes-Benz in sunny Greece!

🚀 What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You won’t just be answering calls—you’ll be the tech-savvy hero behind one of the world's most iconic luxury automotive brands. Everyday brings a new puzzle, helping high-profile drivers stay connected, safe, and moving smoothly.

Your Daily Jam:

• Connected Mobility & Smart Tech: Help drivers sync their smartphones to their Mercedes-Benz, navigate the Mercedes me app, toggle digital features, set up live traffic, and unleash the full power of their car's digital ecosystem.
• Roadside Rescue & Lifesavers: Be the ultimate knight in shining armor! When a driver hits a bump in the road or breaks down, you’ll step in with fast, empathetic, 24/7 support—coordinating breakdown assistance or towing to get them back on track safely.
• VIP Customer Service: Handle premium inquiries like booking dealer appointments, answering warranty questions, assisting with workshop complaints, and making sure every customer feels like a VIP.

(Don't stress—you'll start by mastering 2 key skills during training, and we'll gradually upskill you to become a full 3-skill legend!)
