Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour resources.
• Ensure compliance with DIN/VDE regulations and project specifications.
• Review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical submittals.
• Plan daily and weekly work activities.
• Monitor labour performance and productivity.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Coordinate with mechanical, CSA, commissioning, and client teams.
• Support testing, energisation, and commissioning activities.
• Assist with project scheduling and short-term planning.
• Manage material deliveries and ensure installation readiness.
• Produce progress reports and communicate project updates to management.

Qualifications

• Meisterbrief (Elektrotechnikermeister) or equivalent recognised German qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong electrical installation background.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
