Identification and elimination of compliance gaps : Assess HR processes for non-compliance and analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies. Cross-functional collaboration : work with HR, Business Technology and other teams to align priorities, develop solutions and document efforts. Develop and manage compliance solutions : Design and implement corrective action plans and oversee and execute compliance programs and ensure they are completed on time and on budget. Stakeholder engagement and training : Engage with stakeholders to fulfill compliance requirements and provide training and support to HR teams on compliance topics. Documentation and reporting : Maintain records of compliance activities and findings. Report progress to management and the works council. Your skills Extensive experience as an Employee Success Coordinator (f / m / d) in compliance, human resources and program management, including managing large, complex programs in blended organizations. Strong experience in testing and monitoring HR processes, developing remediation plans and improving documentation. In-depth knowledge of German labor law and HR compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable collaboration with other teams and stakeholders. Fluency in German and English to complete your profile.
