Your key responsibilities :

• Employer Branding & EVP Implementation Implement and continuously refine a comprehensive employer branding and EVP concept to highlight the company's unique selling points Create, execute, continuously improve and innovate target group-specific campaigns and communications

Strategic Candidate Attracting

Develop and implement strategies to attract talent and enhance the candidate experience for different target groups Create and manage targeted recruitment campaigns for various talent segments

Employee Engagement

Create concepts for positive employee experience from the first contact through the first day at work
