Your mission

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer (m / f / d) to own the test and verification strategy for our innovative products from the early research phase until the formal verification and validation of our products. In your role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary R&D team to define a test and verification strategy throughout different stages of the product development. Here, you define test strategies, establish test structures and processes and guide the documentation and analysis of results. You also own the formal verification activities for our preclinical product in close collaboration with our external development partner. Responsibilities :

Test Environment & Process Management

• Define test strategies and priorities, create test plans aligned with project timelines and coordinate experimental activities and formal testing.
• Support our electrical, mechanical and fluidics engineers and scientists in the design of experiments related to fluidic processes and device prototypes.
• Perform lab testing activities, evaluate results, provide technical feedback, and supervise junior team members in structured test execution.

NVision is developing fast, robust and easy-to-use hyperpolarization technology for preclinical and clinical research in our POLARIS product line. Those devices are placed close to an MRI scanner in a research or clinical environment to produce hyperpolarized contrast agents on demand in a fast, fully-automated, multi-step chemical process. Key steps of the process contain fluidic transport across multiple vessels and chemical mixing and separation processes in fully-reuseable or single-use disposable fluid paths. We develop our commercial products jointly with external design and manufacturing partners and the process development as well as the design and manufacturing of prototypes is done entirely in-house.
