At Instagrid you enable our company to contribute in the clean-tech revolution by managing and optimizing business systems, streamlining business processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and improving customer engagement, ensuring system scalability, data security, and cross-department collaboration, the department supports business growth and operational efficiency.

You’ll be a problem-solver, a builder, and a co-pilot, helping design scalable systems and smarter workflows that impact the entire company.

Support all core business systems, including ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Salesforce), and automation tools

Work closely with the Systems Team to plan, test, and deploy new solutions

Collaborate with our NetSuite developer on scripts, customizations, and integrations

Troubleshoot system issues and support users across departments

Help map and improve business processes for operations, sales, and finance

Build documentation and maintain clear system knowledge bases

Contribute to cross-functional meetings and project updates—you’ll have a seat and voice at the table

Enrollment in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a similar degree

Interest in ERP / CRM systems and business operations

Comfortable with JavaScript (SuiteScript experience is a plus)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English (written & spoken, German is a plus)

Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and documentation tools

Bonus : interest in AI, automation, or process design
