Are you an ambitious student looking to gain hands-on experience in the IT field while contributing to real-world projects? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our ERP System team. In this role, you will support various aspects of service management and gain valuable insights into IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Management Support : Assist in managing and coordinating IT service processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective incident resolution.
- Incident and Requirement Analysis : Analyze incidents and requirements to support decision-making and issue resolution.
- Bug Fix Management : Monitor and manage the progress of Bug Fix RFCs (Request for Changes) to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
- Focus Incident Coordination : Support the coordination and communication of focus incidents, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed and involved.
