Working Student (m/f/d) ERP System

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our ERP System team. In this role, you will support various aspects of service management and gain valuable insights into IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Management Support : Assist in managing and coordinating IT service processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective incident resolution.
• Incident and Requirement Analysis : Analyze incidents and requirements to support decision-making and issue resolution.
• Bug Fix Management : Monitor and manage the progress of Bug Fix RFCs (Request for Changes) to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
• Focus Incident Coordination : Support the coordination and communication of focus incidents, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed and involved.

Qualifications

• Field of Study : Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
• Language Skills : Proficiency in English and / or German.
• Experience : Prior experience or internships in IT Service Management is highly desirable.
• Skills : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Who You Will Work With

• Internal Stakeholders : Collaborate with Customer Service departments, European Distribution / Manufacturing centers, and IT quality and project management teams.
• External Stakeholders : Engage with external partners, including Infor IMS, and coordinate with IT colleagues globally and across the EMEA region.
