Our Marketing team is looking for a highly organised project management wizard to join us as Event Marketing Manager . In this role, you’ll be responsible for WorkMotion’s event strategy, planning and organizing participation at conferences and exhibitions as well as creating smaller scale meetups with customers and prospects.

What you will do as an Event Marketing Manager...

  • Develop a comprehensive annual event strategy, including detailed plans for individual events, timelines, and budget allocation
  • Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
  • Research and propose innovative event formats, venues, and creative experiences
  • Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through digital campaigns, email outreach, and social media
  • Coordinate the sales team participation and all logistical elements, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations
  • Gather and analyze data (pipeline generated, attendee feedback etc) to evaluate the success of each event
  • Create comprehensive post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements

What we are looking for…

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in managing events, ideally in the B2B space
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Experience in coordinating internal teams and external vendors
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Willingness to participate in events onsite to oversee and manage all on-site event operations
  • A high level of creativity that helps you to consistently come up with new ideas on how to enhance the success of events

    • Desirable (but not required) :

  • Experience in creating and hosting webinars
  • Experience with CRM workflows, particularly Hubspot
  • Experience in Sales or public speaking
  • Experience in the HR tech field
