Mission Brief

Support the marketing & event manager with developing and delivering innovative marketing and event solutions for various target audiences.

Your Role in Our Space Mission :

• Plan organize and deliver various aspects of events from concept to execution.
• Coordination with different internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the relevant events run efficiently and cost effectively.
• Manage and maintain (event) budgets negotiating contracts and fees with vendors and suppliers.
• Creation of social media & email campaigns to maximize relevant event exposure (in alignment with Communications team).
• Collaboration with the design team to develop and produce promotional materials and support with updating products for Isar Online Shop when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on latest industry trends and provide recommendations / solutions where appropriate.
• Coordinate and deliver post-event evaluations provide recommendations for future participation and marketing efforts.
• Maintain and leverage internal customer database and look at ways to leverage in order to streamline processes.
• Support the Chief Commercial Officer with specific client and event tasks as necessary.
