At Edgewell Personal Care, you’ll join a diverse and nurturing team, working together to deliver accurate market forecasts and drive business success. As a Junior Local Demand Planner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our forecasting processes and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to :

Gather and challenge local market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy.

Input market insights and maintain cannibalisation data, ensuring effective communication with the Central team.

Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and help communicate supply constraints.

Drive continuous improvement in forecasting through feedback loops with Sales and Marketing.

Collaborate with Central and local teams to analyse forecast accuracy and support new product launches.

Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?

We’re looking for someone with some experience in Supply Chain, ideally with a background in Demand Planning. You’ll need a bachelor’s degree, fluency in English (German B2+ is a plus), and strong collaboration and communication skills. You should be a self-starter, customer-focused, and comfortable working in multicultural teams.

Here’s what we are looking for :

Experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on Demand Planning.

Bachelor’s degree.

Fluent English; German (B2 or higher) is a plus.

Strong analytical, collaborative, and communication skills.

Customer-focused, improvement-oriented, and proactive.
