Position : Training Coordinator

The ODF is responsible for coordinating and scheduling arrangements for delivery of training programs, events and workshops, including all logistical support.

The ODF is required to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and detailed activities in a time-intensive work environment.

The key responsibilities include :

• Meet & greet responsibility, perform on-ground activities, open classrooms, and post signage
• Coordinate onsite activities as well as ensuring the rooms are setup correctly and have the necessary equipment
• Arrange training materials, manuals, hand-outs, and other instructional aids
• Arrange for equipment setup (like AV, props, etc.), videos, entertainment, etc.
• Order, prepare, and ship printing material, kits
• Coordinate with tool services to support instructor and training area requirements
• Maintain first aid kits
• Based out of identified Airbus onsite locations
