Job Description : Job Summary :

As a Senior SAP S / 4HANA Finance Consultant your primary responsibility will be to lead and support companies in the implementation optimization and management of their SAP S / 4HANA Finance systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial and business processes provide tailored solutions and drive strategic improvements. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S / 4HANA Finance and the ability to guide customers through complex transformations. You will also be responsible for training and supporting users ensuring smooth adoption of the system. Your goal is to strengthen customer relationships and help them achieve operational excellence through the efficient use of SAP S / 4HANA Finance.

Main Responsibilities :

Implementation & Optimization of SAP S / 4HANA Finance Systems : lead the full implementation cycle of SAP S / 4HANA Finance ensuring optimal configuration and integration into clients IT landscapes.

Customer Collaboration for Tailored Solutions : work closely with clients to understand their specific business needs and challenges developing customized SAP S / 4HANA Finance solutions.

Business Process Analysis & Improvement : provide indepth solutions in SAP S / 4HANA Finance based on specific customers business needs and develops business solutions for targeted / assigned customers.

Training & User Support : Provide comprehensive training sessions to endusers and key stakeholders to ensure efficient system usage and adoption.

Offer ongoing support to resolve systemrelated issues ensuring smooth operation and empowering users to fully leverage SAP S / 4HANA Finance.

Requirements :

At least 8 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on SAP S / 4HANA Finance (GL New GL AA AP AR) & Controlling Data Migration Closing processes as well as integration into Logistics and HCM.

Very good knowledge and understanding of internal business processes in the areas of Financial and Management Accounting :

Accounting & Financial Close

Finance Operations

Planning and Consolidation

Financial Reporting

Profitability Analysis / Margin Analysis

Indepth knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA Finance solutions including Financial Accounting (FI) Controlling (CO) Treasury and integration with other SAP modules.

Strong understanding of financial processes accounting principles and business operations in various industries.

Proven experience in delivering complex SAP Finance & Controlling implementations and driving strategic client engagements at least 3 full lifecycle SAP Finance / Controlling implementations solid industry experience and / or consulting experience.

Responsibility for at least 1 SAP S / 4HANA Finance endtoend project implementation.

Good knowledge of key integration points between SAP Modules.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

A general willingness to travel depending on project requirements.

Education and Qualification :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Information Technology or related fields.

Fluent written and spoken German and English.

Certifications : SAP S / 4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
