Your Tasks

• Execution of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including dunning
• Posting of business transactions, bank and cash transactions, including preparation of payments
• Processing of fixed asset accounting
• Completion of statistical reports such as Intrastat, Bundesbank
• Processing of travel expense reports
• Preparatory work for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Important point of contact for internal and external addressees, such as tax consultants and auditors
