As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead their team in Germany.

Role Overview :

As the General Manager, you will have full operational and financial responsibility for all sites in Germany, ensuring seamless operations, profitability, and strategic growth. Your primary focus will be on delivering consistent, high-quality service, driving efficiency, and ensuring that each site operates in line with company standards and client expectations. This is a hands-on, leadership role requiring a high degree of multi-site management, financial acumen, and bilingual (German and English) communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Management : Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Profit & Loss Responsibility : Full P&L accountability for all sites, driving revenue growth and implementing cost-saving strategies.
• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement short and long-term strategic goals in alignment with company objectives.
• Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and develop site managers and their teams, fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Relationship Management : Strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty through exceptional service.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a key liaison with senior management, stakeholders, and clients, delivering clear communication on business performance and site activities.
