Area of responsibility

  • Preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards
  • Responsibility for internal and external reporting
  • Monitoring financial accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Responsibility for cash management and liquidity planning
  • Project controlling, pre- and post-calculations and BI reporting
  • Preparation of budgets, forecasts and special business evaluations
  • Management, motivation and development of the finance team
  • Optimization and further development of business processes within the company
  • Contact person for auditors, tax consultants, banks and insurance companies

Requirements

  • Commercial training with further training as an accountant (m / f / d) and / or a degree in business administration
  • Several years of experience in a comparable area of responsibility, ideally in an international production / industrial environment
  • Very good knowledge of preparing annual financial statements as well as financial and controlling reporting
  • Independent, systematic and analytical way of working
  • Team player and ability to lead and motivate employees
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
  • Good ERP and MS Office skills
  • Business fluent in English and German
