  • who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Smart Metering across the extended DACH region.

YOUR TASKS

Own regional sales forecasting tracking and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Define and execute the regional business plan in alignment with corporate objectives.

Lead and prioritize sales activities resource deployment and customer engagement across the DACH region.

Analyze market and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and share insights with commercial and product teams.

Develop and manage key accounts and strategic partner relationships.

Oversee and finalize key sales and partner agreements in line with company objectives.

Build strong long-term customer relationships and position Elvaco as the preferred smart metering partner.

Intuitively grasp the specific needs of our clientele personalizing our offerings to guarantee satisfaction and forge lasting collaborations.

Collaborate closely with management product management and cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You are : A team player.

Dynamic and flexible.

Pursuing your working tasks and you have strong closing skills.

Structured and used to plan your own working days and make your own decisions based on your targets.

A value-driven salesperson with an emphasis on preempting and surpassing client requirements.

Communicative engaging and have the ability of building trust.

A curious person who has the ability to see new business and growth opportunities.

You have :

Working experience within Metering Business segment Metering Manufacturing or similar.

Profound sales experience in the industry and a demonstrated record of achievements in prior sales positions.

A fervor for innovation coupled with the enthusiasm to thrive in a progressive forward-leaning environment.

The ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.

Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications especially Excel.

Proficiency in German and English.

Nice to have :

Prior attendance at formal sales training courses.

Interest in leadership.
