Your role and responsibilities

Are you interested in business administration, mathematics, and languages, and do you have strong organizational skills? Can you work well with others and are you looking for a practical vocational training program? Then the training to become an office management assistant at B&R is just right for you!

• What to expect :
• Duration of the vocational training : 3 years
• Acquisition of basic skills for your successful training
• Alternating model of theory at vocational school
• Practical phases with self-directed tasks and projects within the company
• Good foundation for your future professional and career development
• Future roles at ABB / B&R include positions in controlling, purchasing, sales, marketing, human resources, accounting, or logistics in various administrative and organizational tasks

During your vocational training, you will receive a monthly training allowance : already over €1,000 gross in the first year of training, increasing continuously in the following years. Additional benefits include vacation pay, Christmas bonus, and a subsidized canteen at most locations. You will have a team to advise and support you throughout your training. The training and collaboration at B&R are open, collegial, and at eye level.
