The Green Recruitment CompanyNurembergMy client is seeking for a dedicated colleague to manage our financial accounting and handle back-office tasks.
The Role :
Process and book incoming invoices, bank receipts, and cash receipts
Prepare and execute payment transactions, monitor payment deadlines and targets
Reconcile accounts and resolve booking discrepancies
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Execute payroll in collaboration with the tax office
Fulfil legal reporting requirements, including payroll tax returns and contribution statements
Transfer payments to tax authorities and social security institutions
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in close collaboration with the tax office
Support in establishing budgets and forecasts
Assist the project team with various administrative tasks
Organize and book business trips (flight and hotel bookings)
Perform general office duties, including telephone management, mail handling, and procurement of office supplies
The Person :
Completed commercial training or further education in the financial sector (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk, financial accountant, certified accountant)
Plus 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company
Solid knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and tax regulations
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Independent working style and ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
