About the Job

As the Senior Expert IT Security at Cubonic, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our digital landscape.

You will be part of the IT Organization whilst closely collaborating with our General Safety department to coordinate the Vehicle Cybersecurity efforts.

Your role is pivotal in leading the efforts and collaborate with various departments to create a robust security posture, manage risks, and ensure the fulfilment of the regulatory automotive standards compliance of our Enterprise and Digital Products.

In addition, you will be closely involved in during the design and delivery of scalable digital solutions for our enterprise customers, facilitating seamless management of vehicle fleets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Security Strategies : Create and execute the IT security strategy, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO / IEC 2700x, TISAX) as well as implementing and maintaining the Information Security Management System.
• Risk Management, Compliance, and Incident Response : Identify, assess, and mitigate IT security risks; conduct audits, and lead incident response and investigations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations including support of the compliance framework with regards to product cybersecurity (e.g. R155).
• Security Architecture : Design and implement security architecture for new systems and applications; review and manage security measures for IT projects.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work with other departments to ensure integrated security efforts and communicate risks and strategies to executive leadership.
• Security Awareness and Training : Develop and deliver security awareness programs to promote a security-conscious culture within the organization.
• Stay Current on Security Trends : Continuously monitor and update knowledge on the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices.
