DynatraceBerlin, Berlin, GermanyThis is a perfect opportunity for a seasoned creative flexible global account or relationship manager to implement a strategic level approach for earning customer acceptance and driving longterm 23 year) growth. While being assigned to 2 or more Global Accounts and deepening the Dynatrace engagement globally you will also lead and coordinate our sales efforts across all lines of business. We need this GAM to exude confidence and grit to hit the job running as soon as possible.
What you will be focusing on as a Global Account Manager
- Manage growth & adoption of our Dynatrace platform into assigned accounts on a global basis whilst working with local sales and support teams across various GEOs
- Drive customers longterm corporate & cloud strategies with accompanying roadmap
- Create a holistic strategic account plan with key initiatives that will drive strategy realization over a 23 year period
- Define & detail a prioritized key initiative plan jointly with customer stakeholders
- Map stakeholders to govern the current & future relationship as well as to ensure that the Dynatrace assigned executive sponsor is appropriately engaged
- Mobilize & execute the endtoend land adopt (consume & promote) and grow ARR strategy
- Leverage the Dynatrace services support partner and hyperscale ecosystems to expand the Dynatrace footprint through innovation and collaboration
- Develop longterm Clevel relationships
- Influence & lead a virtual team of resources from various LoBs functions and geographies
