What you'll do
The Business Transformation Services (BTS) team is hiring a working student to assist with the following tasks and special projects :
- Assisting with the development and graphic editing of various communications materials (e.g., Newsletters).
- Understanding and applying the SAP Brand Guidelines and Corporate Identity to various communication materials.
- Managing and organizing the team's document library.
- Providing general administrative support to the Communications team and carrying out various tasks as assigned (e.g., ordering print products).
Preferred start date : August-1st 2024
Location : Walldorf, DE, 69190 (preferred), other locations (optional)
Working hours flexible in consultation with the team
