The iLUKA CollectiveStuttgart, GermanyThe primary role of an iLUKA Host is to act as an Ambassador representing our Client’s brand and the delivery of exceptional and memorable hospitality experiences to all guests who join us on our global events.Hosts will be responsible for supporting guests across the entirety of their hospitality programme, guiding them through all experiences from arrival to departure.This is a contract role with required availability from the 2nd June until 9th June 2025. Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities : To deliver an exceptional hospitality experience to the clients’ guestsUnderstanding guest touch points, provide a friendly and welcoming meet and greet serviceBe the first point of contact and meet and greet guests on arrivalManage and organise guest groups to ensure that they are in the right place at the right timeAccompany guests throughout their journey dealing effectively with any issues or problems that arise in order to make the guest experience smooth and enjoyableProvide information and assistance to guests throughout all stages of the programmeDeliver outstanding customer service and create an environment that is friendly, fun and guest focusedTo co-ordinate guest departures as their experience draws to a close Specific Responsibilities whilst working in the following environments : Airport / Train Station : Act as first point of contact for guests arriving at the airport / train station and provide a friendly and welcoming meet and greet serviceAct as the last point of contact for guest departuresManagement of guest listsEnsure a smooth transition through the arrival destination and accompanying them on their transfer to the hotelHotel / Guest Lounge : Liaise with the hotel reception to reconfirm expected guest numbers prior to arrivalSupport guests in checking in to the hotel, briefing them on what can be expected throughout the hospitality programme, provide information and assistance to guests in the hotel relating to the local area and their specific itineraryEnrich the overall guest experience whilst in the hotelHospitality Venue : Meet and greet guests in a friendly and welcoming mannerEnsure the venue is immaculately presentedProvide assistance to the guest experience manager where needed to ensure all hospitality experiences run smoothly, including F&B within the hospitality loungeTransfers : Provide information and assistance to guests at all points of contact, whether at the hotel, on the coach or at the hospitality venuesAccompany assigned guests on a daily basis throughout their programmeManagement of guest listsMeet and greet guests in a friendly and welcoming mannerProvide information and assistance to guests as requiredAccompany guests on their journey and ensure a smooth transition to other venues by advising on and adhering to health & safety procedures during transitHospitality Venues : Manage and Organise the safe and efficient flow of guests through the venueManage queue and crowd issues in a safe mannerProvide information and assistance to guests as requiredEnsure all guests find their seats quickly and efficiently, ensuring they are comfortable before leaving them to enjoy the matchThis is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary.
