Your tasks

  • Carrying out root cause analyses and developing measures for sustainable error elimination in internal production processes
  • Initiating improvement measures in the process and on the product in collaboration with production and feeding the results back into development
  • Validation and optimization of product, test and process specifications and requirements
  • Responsibility for continuous improvement in the error management process
  • Moderation and guidance of problem-solving teams
  • Carrying out approvals and acceptances in production

    • Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering
  • Sound knowledge of manufacturing and advanced quality planning (e.g. APQP)
  • Experience in the application of quality methods and tools in relation to defect root cause identification and problem solving (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why or similar)
  • Knowledge in the field of precision mechanics and / or optronics
  • Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation, if possible project experience
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational talent
  • Independent working style, coordination and integration skills as well as assertiveness
