Requirements

You are the ideal candidate if you have :

  • Several years of experience (at least 5) as a project manager / project leader in an agency or a comparable environment
  • In-depth knowledge of web development, ideally with TYPO3, as well as a basic technical understanding
  • The ability to take the perspective of our customers and identify the business value of online services.
  • Stress resistance, a high level of personal responsibility and the ability to act calmly and solution-oriented in hectic situations
  • Excellent communication skills - you can convince both technically and non-technically experienced stakeholders
  • Enjoy working with developers and interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience with classic project structures and agile project methods (e.g. Scrum)
  • An analytical, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • You have at least C1 German language skills
  • Your profile is rounded off with the following character traits :
  • You are assertive, decisive and can give clear instructions in order to drive projects forward efficiently.
  • At the same time, you are characterized by high precision, analytical skills and an eye for detail to ensure that projects are implemented technically flawlessly.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Independent management of TYPO3 projects, among others, from the offer to the successful go-live
  • Coordination and management of interdisciplinary project teams made up of developers, designers and external partners
  • Ensuring compliance with time, budget and quality specifications
  • Direct contact for our customers - you understand their requirements, translate them into the development team and accompany the entire process
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a smooth project process through regular communication and coordination
  • Problem solving and conflict management, even under time pressure, in order to meet deadlines and ensure project success
