Tasks

• As Head of Department in the EW Technology Solutions division, you are responsible for translating the department strategy into concrete measures and managing the assigned teams, including recruitment, performance appraisal and further development.
• Furthermore, you will take care of the operational management of resources for projects and ongoing tasks to maximize efficiency, achieve project goals and deliver a holistic architecture and processes.
• Ensuring the development, implementation and monitoring of the target architecture and cloud strategy in line with security and governance requirements are also central components of your tasks.
• Resource and capacity management in the area of energy trading IT, including managing cooperation with specialist departments, are also part of your job. You will also work with digIT and external partners to ensure compliance, efficiency and innovation.
• Continuous monitoring and responsibility for the further development of the overarching platforms and IT services round off your job profile.
