We are looking for anexperienced Compliance Manager for our Trading business unit. Inthis role, you will work closely with EnBW’s central Compliancefunction to further develop and optimize the existing compliancemanagement system to ensure we meet all our local and internationalcompliance requirements. You will actively contribute to thedevelopment of compliance structures specific or particularlyrelevant for Trading, for example compliance with competition law,regulatory reporting, and sanctions, and will coordinate therelevant Plan-Do-Check-Act cycles. Reporting to the Director ofRisk, you will lead a team that will work with you to coordinatecompliance work internally andexternally :

• Development andoptimization of the Compliance Management System based on centralGroup policies, factoring in local and international requirements,and including our European locations in Switzerland, Norway and theUK.
• Develop and implement compliance programsand policies.
• Oversee and continuously improvetrading surveillance activities to ensure compliance with marketabuse regulations.
• Further develop our algotrading compliance framework to adapt to our changing businessrequirements. Monitor regulatory compliance in the area of algotrading.
• Monitor compliance with respect toregulatory reporting (MiFID, REMIT, MAR) and ESGreporting.
• Work with internal stakeholders, inparticular Legal and Market Design & Regulatory Affairs, toanalyze and evaluate suspicious cases, new requirements and risks,and develop appropriate solutions.
• Performcompliance risk assessments and provide regular reports oncompliance risks and compliance breaches to senior management andrelevant stakeholders.
• Train and sensitizeemployees on compliance issues and promote a culture ofcompliance.
• Team responsibility : Lead a small,specialist compliance team focused on international and localregulatory compliance. You will manage the team through regularfeedback and development meetings, encourage professionaldevelopment and ensure that tasks are allocated efficiently andthat your team members achieve their objectives while supportingthe business strategy.
