Responsibilities
Assist in evaluating compliance risks and developing a control plan.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to both internal stakeholders and regulators.
Support the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive compliance structure, primarily addressing Anti-Corruption, Conflict of Interest, as well as International Sanctions.
Formulate and implement policies and procedures to minimize risk exposure and amplify compliance initiatives.
Support training on compliance matters and policies.
Support the legal department by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and preparing legal opinions and documentation.
Qualification
You hold a degree in Law
You have a strong understanding of Luxembourg's legal and regulatory framework.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
A good command of German would be highly appreciated.
You are able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
